This high-performance electric rotisserie RBE 25 is designed for sellers of roast meat, butchers and supermarkets.
This swinging rotisserie is equipped with three heating elements for homogeneous cooking:
- The infrared quartz tubes in the upper part radiate a radiation of 1050 ° C on the meat to be roasted. It enable to cook the meat at core.
- The Incoloy heating elements in the lower part allow to perfect homogeneous cooking
- The halogen lighting focuses the heat on roasted meat
The professional electric rotisserie RBE 25 is very easy to clean: the swings, the rotating shaft, the reflectors and the anti-wave juice tray are completely removable.
Delivered with a ventilated heated display RE 2 to keep warm pieces of roasted meat.
